Are you interested in moving towards greater kindness? Wouldn’t it be wonderful to respond more positively to the people and situations in your life?
In our ‘Development of Loving Kindness’ (Metta Bhavana) meditation workshop we teach a traditional Buddhist practice aimed at opening up to greater kindness, love, empathy and compassion. You do not need to be a Buddhist to practice this!
