8 week Mindfulness Course for stress and anxiety.

Starting Friday March 11th, 1900 to 2130, in Canterbury

We all have times when we experience stress, anxiety and feel low, along with difficult physical sensations, feelings and moods. The Mindfulness for Stress and Anxiety Course has been designed to help you to learn new ways of handling stress and all that comes with it. Some of the things that the course can be beneficial for include:

More energy and enthusiasm

A greater capacity for relaxation

More self-confidence

An increased ability to handle stressful situations

Practical details

Dates - from 11 March to 29 April 2016

Time - 19.00 to 21.30

Venue - Augustine House (Christ Church University) Rhodaus Town (next to police station), Canterbury, CT12YA

Teachers - Satyavasin Stokes and Philippa Kelsall

Cost - £80 (or £50 for students or unemployed)
