In this talk, continuing our exploration of The Journey and The Guide, Vajragupta explores how we can build positive emotion in our lives. He introduces four trainings that we can use to help ourselves in being more positive and relates this to the talk given last week.
The session includes questions, a short reflection and the Shakyamuni Mantra. Pictures of the diagrams used in this talk will be on the Croydon Buddhist Centre website.
