This course is a practical exploration of the Dharma — the core teachings of the Buddha. Topics include the life of the Buddha, the Four Noble Truths, the Eightfold Path, ethics, meditation, and Buddhist visions of reality, Includes meditation practice and is suitable for all levels of experience. Thursday evenings 7-9 PM.
