SundaySangha in September
Here’s a digest of what’s happening on Sunday nights as the first gentle notes of autumn begin to sound…
4th September 5:30 - 8:30
The Sangha sangha night will become a U Lab Hub for the evening led by Kuladharini. The GBC U Lab Coaching circle will share some of what they have learned from the free online introductory course for change makers all over the world. There will be an opportunity to experience for yourself what this thing called Theory U might be and how it could change how you engage with creating the new.
The introductory course is ”Leading Awareness-Based Systems Change - How to Sense and Actualize the Future” you too, can enrol now by following link below. https://www.edx.org/course/awareness-based-systems-change-u-lab-how-mitx…

Playful Acceptance: theatre games and myth making led by Charlotte Allan: An evening of collaborative, creative play drawing on the principles of theatre improvisation and character clowning. We will explore how being open to the imaginations of our friends can help us tap into and expand our own.

An evening to raise some funds for the centre and Sunday Sangha expenses for teams and group leaders from around the UK and beyond !!

A Clootie dumplin’ baked by oor Danabhadri ( probably wi a cupla tanners in it!) tae get the perty gawn.
There’ll be an open floor for anybody to share any stories of their experience of Glasgow and a finale of a dance o’ the Slosh . (This will be taught by Pat along with serious “sloshers” so don’t worry about trampling on someone’s toes/ankles and will be best to leave the high heels at hame).
We will close the evening with a Glasgow Metta Bhavana
As it’s a traditional gathering, please feel free to dress up as a Glasgow character or simply just bring a wig ( all will be revealed why). Be assured that this is your own choice so don’t feel forced to do so. ( Wid be rer tho don’t ye think??)
Soup will be provided for events on 4th and 18th but please bring along some vegetarian food to accompany and share. Food will be provided for the Glasga Gethern on the 25th (note the early start time of 5:00)
If you have ideas on something that inspires you that you would like to share as a Sangha night event then please contact Don Allan (donutallan [at] gmail.com).
